Once the package leaves our facility, we do not have much control over the shipping times, however we will do everything we can to ensure you get your products.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is shipped you will immediately receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. We have seen some cases where tracking does not update however the package is moving in the system. It may take a little longer to update and scan in those cases.
Late or lost shipments
Domestic shipments will be evaluated as lost or late after a 7-day shipment period. After this time, we can provide you the option of a refund or replacement shipment.
Damages
LaVie is not liable for any products damaged. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
